Southern California has been an exciting place over the past
two decades and we have been there to help move the pieces of the puzzle that
make up this complex region of the world. We grew up in an era when the planned
community was in its infancy and we were a set of those hands and sat at the
table with those great minds that made those models a reality. Building out
Orange County and venturing out to the Inland Empire we know what works, what
makes money and how to execute for success.
We were a part of the equation. From Whittier Heights to Dana Point and The
Irvine Ranch to Heber California we have worked on the design for the Crystal
Cove Retail Center to the land acquisition, development and repositioning of the
Lakes in Menifee. We have entitled thousands of homes working with the country’s
largest homebuilders’ making many of those developments a reality. We worked
with these same builders’ as the markets changed to identify new products and
look for new strategies to respond to the ever changing economic environment
which often times moves quicker than the pace of development. Even today, in
this challenging environment, we are at the table looking for the “What’s Next?”
solution. We will be a part of that equation as well.
The built environment is a personal passion of ours and we are committed to
